Former University of Florida President Ben Sasse has come under fire for allegedly overspending during his time in office, with reports suggesting that spending in the president’s office tripled under his leadership. However, Sasse has vehemently denied these claims, stating that the expenditures were appropriate and properly approved. He defended his leadership in a lengthy social media post, highlighting new initiatives and reforms that he implemented during his tenure.
