Residents in Ukraine witnessed a Russian missile strike in Dnipro, as Russia’s defence ministry claimed the capture of Novodmytrivka. President Putin vowed to use experimental missiles again, angering Ukraine, while the US expects North Korean troops massing in Russia to soon enter combat against Ukraine.
