Bridget Ziegler speaks out about scandal at Sarasota School Board meeting

The Sarasota County School Board voted 4-1 to recommend Bridget’s resignation, with Bridget being the only dissenting vote. Despite the public outcry, Bridget Ziegler addressed the situation at the meeting and stressed that personal matters have no place in discussions within the school board chambers. She acknowledged the challenges she has faced and emphasized the importance of maintaining professionalism. The meeting at one point saw a speaker’s microphone cut during criticism of Bridget Ziegler, but she allowed it to be turned back on for the speaker to continue.
