Explosion in Kosovo blamed on Serbia, causing water and power outages


A powerful explosion in Kosovo damaged a water canal, disrupting water and power supply to cities. Prime Minister Albin Kurti blamed Belgrade and Milan Radoicic for the explosions that also targeted police stations and local authorities in the north.
