Palestinian militant group Hamas released a video of Israeli-American hostage Edan Alexander, pleading for President-elect Donald Trump’s help in securing his release from captivity. The Hostages Families Forum called on the Biden and Trump administrations to intensify efforts to secure the release of the hostages, emphasizing the urgency of the situation. The news highlights the ongoing tensions in the Israel-Hamas conflict, with efforts being made to negotiate the release of hostages and bring an end to the violence.
