The suspect was found with a ghost gun, a suppressor, fraudulent IDs, and a manifesto criticizing the healthcare system. Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe suggested that carrying a gun at the time of arrest implied guilt. Mangione will be extradited to New York to face murder charges.
