This project, the first of its kind in the nation, combines luxury living, office space, and a membership club focused on holistic well-being. Located in Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands, the development offers 66 residences with over 22,000 square feet of wellness amenities, including a fitness and wellness club, a sustainable restaurant, and office space with a focus on integrating wellness into work environments.
Amenities at THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands include unique features like a Caldarium, Saunarium, and Halotherapy Steam Room, as well as a fitness center and mindful movement studio for classes and wellness treatments. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis, this development is set to be completed in Q2 2025.
