The report also highlighted prices in Port St. Lucie, Cape Coral-Fort Myers, Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Sebastian-Vero Beach, Jacksonville, Palm Bay-Melbourne-Titusville, and The Villages, among others. Prices ranged from $369,990 in The Villages to $288,000 in Ocala.
