South Florida-based property developer Aldo Stark, founder of Prestige Design Homes, has unveiled his latest creation in Delray Beach’s exclusive Stone Creek Ranch neighborhood: Casa Maranello. Priced at $55 million, this 2.5-acre lakefront mansion is one of five properties Stark is building in the enclave.
Named after the location of the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy, Casa Maranello pays homage to Stark’s love for the automotive brand with design elements like a vintage Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa in the living room, and a 12-car auto gallery visible from the living areas. The mansion features soaring ceilings, elevated finishes, and custom light fixtures throughout its sprawling 21,700 square feet, with seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms.
The attention to detail in Casa Maranello extends to the porte-cochère with a rainfall water feature, a grand foyer with marble accents, a Maranello Bar with tiger skin onyx counters, and a Bulgari-inspired spa with a plunge pool, steam room, sauna, and gym. The outdoor space is just as impressive, featuring a 95-foot-long pool and hot tub, a poolside cabana, basketball/pickleball court, private soccer field, and putting green.
For car enthusiasts, the highlight is the 12-car auto gallery with automated doors and carbon monoxide detectors, perfectly integrating the collection with the living spaces. The mansion also boasts a spacious motor court, completing the ultimate dream home for anyone who appreciates luxury living and high-end design.
