Man and woman charged with kidnapping and killing a 16-year-old girl in St. Petersburg, Florida. Steven Gress, 35, and Michelle Brandes, 37, face first-degree murder charges in the death of Miranda Corsette. Gress also faces a kidnapping charge. Brandes turned herself in after being sought by police. Gress was already in custody on drug charges. Corsette was lured through a social media app to meet Gress on Feb. 14, beaten on Feb. 20, and killed sometime before Feb. 24. Her body was dismembered and placed in a dumpster in Ruskin. Detectives are working to locate the body. Police thanked multiple agencies for their assistance in the investigation.
