The Nova Southeastern men’s basketball team made history on Sunday by winning their 81st consecutive home game, setting an NCAA Division II record. The Sharks defeated No. 23 Florida Southern Moccasins 103-89 at the Rick Case Arena to capture their fourth consecutive Sunshine State Conference tournament title.
Player MJ Iraldi, named the Sunshine State Conference Player of the Year, was a standout in the victory with 27 points, nine rebounds, six assists, six steals, and two blocks. He also earned the tournament’s most valuable player honors. Dallas Graziani, another key player for the Sharks, recorded his 15th double-double of the season with 23 points, 11 assists, and five steals, earning a spot on the all-tournament team.
Ryker Cisarik also had a strong performance, scoring 20 points and grabbing 11 rebounds for his sixth double-double of the season. The Sharks, under the guidance of head coach Jim Crutchfield, have been dominant at home and continued their winning streak with this historic victory.
