WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – June 8, 2025 – SEA LIFE Florida has officially opened its doors as the latest attraction at LEGOLAND Orlando, marking a new chapter in family-friendly entertainment at the resort. Designed for children, this immersive aquarium showcases over 3,000 marine animals across 25 exhibits and 10 galleries, featuring a stunning 180-degree underwater tunnel.
Franceen Gonzales, president of LEGOLAND Florida Resort, expressed her enthusiasm for the opening. “We’re so excited,” she said. “Visitors will encounter 150 different species from around the world in a very interactive setting.”
What sets SEA LIFE Florida apart is its strong educational focus. Gonzales emphasized that the aquarium aims to foster connections between children and marine life, providing a unique learning experience distinct from other attractions within LEGOLAND. The facility is designed to engage young minds through exploration and education.
In a show of commitment to environmental conservation, visitors are encouraged to support the SEA LIFE TRUST, a charity dedicated to protecting ocean life, by rounding up their ticket purchases throughout June. The aquarium will welcome guests daily at 10 a.m. for the entire month, inviting families to engage with and learn about the wonders of the underwater world.
