Reflecting on his experience, Brown revealed that watching the show back offered him new insights into their relationship. He expressed regret for not leaving sooner, stating, "When I watched the episodes back, I was like, ‘Run, run, get up.’" He identified several "red flags," noting their rapid progression and a lack of communication contributed to his decision.

Brown struggled to confront the issues in their relationship initially, admitting, "I just wanted to make sure I was going about it the right way because I’m big on conflict resolution."
